Well here we are another New Year and I’m writing a new Blog. It’s been a busy year for the Jones Household. We put a pool in last summer. We only got to swim in it for about a month but at least we got to swim. Haley started Kindergarden Readiness and has seemed to exploded with knowledge. I think she is extremely smart and will do really good when it comes to school. 

We camped a few times this year but not as much as usual due to Fuel prices over the summer climbing to over $4.00 per gallon. Diesel was even more expensive, so we didn’t take the truck out much. Now gas is under $2.00 and diesel is a little over $2.00.

This New Year I’m hoping to get better with the website by keeping it updated more regularly. I’m going to try once agin losing more weight. I don’t have a big game plan yet but I’ve started working out again and hopfully this will spark a drive to keep working out all the time. It seems like in the summer it’s harder to work out due to camping and all the places we go.

I have a new podcast that is late but I’m going to post it anyway.

Well it’s a new year and hopefully I can stick to one of my many resolutions to keep the site up to date more this year. So I figures I’d start a new blog for the new year and spout out a few things that were on my mind as of late.

The Buckeyes play tonight for the National Championship!!!! GO BUCKEYES!!

We were busy a lot over the holidays, I think we always are and always will be. Of course all three of us were sick most of December and that didn’t help either. Even the dog had a few issues. Cheez! We’re getting better, hopefully now we can get some of our many never ending projects that are waiting for us done.

Hopefully soon if Haley is willing we will be making a new PodCast.

I know I’ve been slackin. I’ve had this podcast ready now for over a month and I forgot to post it. Anyways enjoy…..

Where have we been lately? Well it seems to happen every summer…. we go camping, to parties, and try to work around the house when we have time. Summer seems to be the time of year when we have everything to do and so little time. I think this summer we have actually camped more thn we ever have before, so that eats a lot of time. Soon winter will be here and I will regain that slow down time and be able to post a little bit more.

We have a lot of pictures from our summer adventures this year and hopefully we’ll start sharing them soon. I got an email from someone last week, believe it or not from someone I didn’t know asking when I was going to post a new podcast or some new pictures. Well hopefully this weekend I will get sometime to do both.

Haley was very excited to hear our first podcast in the car on our way to Daycare. Haley wanted to hear it a couple of times and to take it to school. It was kind of hard to take it to school but we listened to it a few times on the way.

Well here it is our first offical blog and Podcast. It took me some time to figure out the podcast part of the site but I think I got the hang of it we’ll see. If your wondering why I made a podcast??? I’m a computer geek….. These things interest me, so I figured I’d give it a shot and see if I could pull off a few podcasts for my friends and family to check out.

Our first podcast is Haley and myself talking. I thought I’d do a simple first run. Enjoy!
